Along with the isolation locations are small and sub standard and the food for them while in isolation is inadequate. This has been reported by many European athletes. Sub standard food and lack of even the basics of exercise for 5 days can affect any athlete given most win by the slimmest of time margin.

I guess one would have to take a deep dive into tests associated with events impacting a certain group. I would assume (we know what they do) that each country has the capacity to check their people as well. If not with the PCR then at least a home test. Either way, proving something like that would be next to impossible without self-admission.
