Why Ottawa protesters seem to be a step ahead of police

Well, looky here! Retired or former RCMP who quit the force due to vaccine mandates have leadership experience and that's why they knew the weakness of the local police in planning for the Protest/Occupation of downtown Ottawa. They did let their guard down because...
Local Ottawa Tactical Police have seized Fuel & Propane from a campsite near the protest but there is a law firm called the Justice Center Law Firm that suing the local police for the tactics they are using to cut off the diesel and Propane Supply from the protesters because it goes against the Charter of Rights of Canada.
This is from the local media. The local media won't protect Prime Minister Trudeau like the local media in the USA protects President Biden and covid-19 restrictions even though the John Hopkins University study says that there's very little difference between California vs Florida with extreme covid restrictions and freedom of choice.
There are over 150 Canadian retired officers who don't support the vaccine mandate.
The protesters are using social media to reinforce that they are digging in. Even with the fuel supply taken, they were showing videos showing they have supplies left for the long Siege in the Canadian capital.
The alternate to go fund me is called "Give, Send, Go" which has raised about $5 million Canadian and Silicon Valley leftists will not stop the donations.
