Judge in Loudoun County Rape Case Reverses Course, Won’t Make Rapist Register as a Sex Offender

I think our new Virginia AG is going to get into this one.

Our system is beyond broken. It will not change until the people take action.

Yes benighted local Judge [loose use of the term, in her case] Pamela Brooks has reversed her previous decision sentencing the Loudoun County “boy in a skirt” to register for life as a sex offender. Now, she says she made a mistake.'
Now that Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares is in office, I expect this will quickly come under review [since the entire VA parole board has been stripped of their positions since they decided to parole sex offenders with multiple offenses without notifying victims, their families, etc]. Hopefully Pamela Brooks, Commonwealth's Attorney Buta Biberaj, as well School Superintendent Dr. Scott A. Ziegler will be brought to justice for their actions against Scott Smith whose 14-year-old daughter was raped by the this unnamed perp '15-year-old boy' who 'was charged with sexual battery and abduction of a fellow student at Broad Run High School in Ashburn. '
