Just another snake in the swamp that should have been fired when the first set of emails came out.

He invested in a fund. One of MANY investments within his portfolio. And that fund, in turn, invested in Chinese companies. Some of MANY cpanoes in their portfolios.
This really a mountains out of molehills scenario. Does it look bad? Sure. But is this evidence of, well, ANYTHING? No, not really. He doesn't check every stock in every fund in his portfolio. Not really a big deal. Very few people do.
I cannot tell you a SINGLE stock in my retirement portfolios, let alone all of them. How many of you can?

(raises hand) I know every stock including those in my EFTs. Now, granted, my portfolio is not worth what Fauci's is. For me, that is no excuse though.

Half of Americans who are inested in the market don't even REALIZE they are, because their retirement accounts are invested in the market on their behalf. They just know they have a retirement account.
(And that "half" number is used idiomatically, with zero data to support the factual accuracy, just to be clear.)
