I've been reading the indictment document for the grand jury. Presumably the prosecution feels that they feel they can prove that the events laid out in the document are true. If so, in many ways this is so much worse than I had previously imagined. These people were planning to start another Civil War. I suspect they completely misjudged the strength of our institutions and the lack of will to participate in such a civil war by most on the right.
