The fuller context shows that she was talking about a study of vaccinated people, not all people who had ever died of Covid.

LTC Eugene Chu - Sir, as a healthcare provider I lost all respect for CDC months ago and it is very clearly early on their decision pieces were not evidence based or peer reviewed (to early in disease). Now that material is out they are changing course, a course that should never have been set so early and they look like fools. Are their decisions based on science or dollars is something I ask every time they release opinions to the public. Only five days for quarantine when a year ago it was 14? I would like to see data that says this virus runs its course in so few days and I can pretty much promise you won't find it. Right now I would not change my nursing practice for anything the CDC releases.
