Speculation, but did she fool them or do the politicians have a symbiotic relationship with their donors? Solendra comes to mind. They donated heavily to leftist politicians while receiving huge incentives that didn't go back to the general fund when the company folded after giving the execs golden parachutes.

Cpl (Join to see) - There is no reason to believe Biden knew the products were fake. She was fooling people in the field. I don't know how someone like Biden would have seen through it when so many experts did not.
