With a 20% increase in hourly wages to account for the missing 8 hours?? Most people work hourly and can't afford to loose 20 percent of their weekly hours

Had some friends that lived there for several years, that place has some very strict laws. They actually had their car washed 3 times per week to avoid getting a ticket. It took them both years to be able to get a driver's license. He was a citizen of England, and she was an American. Both worked as contract teachers making serious Bank over there.
