Because there is no law against douchebaggery. Trump is a lot of things. He did a lot of things. One of the things he did NOT do is conspire in the 6 Jan assault.

It looked like he did to me and they are still collecting evidence, but it's not up to me to decide, it will be up to the legal system to decide. They keep canning more and more of the perpetrators, and it seems like everyone of them are saying they did it for Trump, trying to save their own hide, so we'll see. Even if Trump is found guilty of anything, he won't do any time.

Not a surprise to me at all given his brazen and profound disordered personality. Other clinicians including my self predicted all of this when he got elected.
