I agrree with you Lt Col Brown. I'm not too sure why CPO Weinberger feels the way he does, but I respect his opinion.

I concur with your assessment Cpl Benjamin Long If the exercise of constitutionally authorized civil rights is sufficient to be charged with a felony, I expect an uprising would be on the near horizon. Hopefully the confrontation would be be peaceful. I expect many participating would have permits to carry firearms, mature enough to be patient, and well trained and disciplined.
