Biden doesn't even have a grasp of the concept of how the electric car system works or it's limited range when it runs out of a charge Your NOT going anywhere until You get one which can take the better part of the day to get a complete charge and even if You can do that a trip may take weeks instead of days. Maybe that's a way of keeping people home and not making it possible to travel beyond their own neighborhood and having even more control over them ? Is Biden even capable of coherent thought ?
