Mayorkas Takes Action to Further Undermine Enforcement of Immigration Laws

(10/26/21) DHS Sec Mayorkas mandated more “protected areas” for illegal aliens, further reducing the authority of ICE and Border agents to carry out their sworn duties. Mayorkas says new rules are a "pursuit of justice," and that it's the responsibility of agents to "first examine and consider the impact of where actions might possibly take place, their effect on people, and broader societal interests."
