All DoD security clearance holders are now subject to continuous vetting to keep them

I think this means that anyone who has Continuous Enrollment for Deferred Investigation won't have to do a PR (periodic review) but I thought everyone was already in Continuous Evaluation - as far as I've seen in DISS anyway. Continuous Evaluation for Other is what's continuously monitoring those with clearances. But you still have to do a PR if you aren't in CE for Deferred. I think the goal is to get everyone into the CE for Deferred eventually.
