Must have pained Fox to run this, but then again all their employees must be vaccinated. Employers can set their employment rules, even if proded by the government, so deal with it and hope you can get unemployment, which in most states you can't if fired for this!

The main thing that irks me in these situations is this individuals have worked their collective butts off During the pandemic, but now, for whatever reason, they don't want the vaccine. You are correct, employers can set the rules, but in my mind, they used these folks and are now okay with discarding them.
Just to be be clear Jack, I am not antivax. I am pro choice for this vaccine.

Maj Robert Thornton - From what I understand, the vast majority of them already had COVID because they were exposed while treating people. Their argument was there was no allowance for natural immunities and they didn't need the tax since they already had it. The policy was no vex, no job, that was it.

I hope they win. Less than two years ago they were all "heroes" on the front lines of the pandemic and now they are out of a job.

It's not about health, it's about control. My antibodies are better than Your vaccine.
