Good morning my Brothers and Sisters from this glorious Blue Orb that sails through its orbit around our life giving Sun...
Today is: “Bloom Like Flower Day!” Why Not?
"Many eyes go through the meadow, but few see the flowers in it." - Ralph Waldo Emerson
"Every flower blooms in its own time." - Ken Petti
"The perfect blossom is a rare thing. You could spend your life looking for one and it would not be a wasted life." - Ken Watanabe
"Flowers always make people better, happier and more helpful; they are sunshine, food and medicine for the soul." - Luther Burbank
"Open the bloom of your heart and become a gift of beauty to the world." - Bryant McGill
"Flowers are the music of the ground. From earth’s lips spoken without sound." - Edwin Curran
We use the word "Flower" to symbolize People...But why is that and how is it viewed by leaders? Read on...
“How does good leadership bloom like a flower? Creating a good culture (like cultivating good soil), clearing obstacles (pulling the weeds) to make the path forward clear, nurturing and challenging the team (watering in between rains) keeps growth alive in the organization, and encouraging the progress and success (smiling at the flower that blooms) provides a sense of renewed action and purpose.” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs…

Good Wednesday morning Rally Point to those of you still here. Hopefully, they fix things and our missing folks return soon. This is really unpleasant for those locked out and those of us trying to connect with them as well.
Life can be scary, so can being alone. One has positive potential and the other does not. If we want to be all that we can be (thanks Army) we have to run the risk and open up to others. Sometimes that works out and sometimes it doesn't but it is worth the risk. We were meant to be in a garden with others, not alone in an empty field.
