San Francisco will pay people to not shoot others: 'Cash for criminals'

Remember this is Pelosi's district...makes sense now huh!

So Gov. Newsom is trying to get the Feds to pay for this via medicaid funding. The program pays out in giftcards. I think someone is getting kickbacks to try and funnel money into certain corporations pockets.

Don't worry this will just result in hostage taking for ransom being an occupation...
