As we approach the 20th anniversary of the attack on the World Trade Center, I wanted to share this article. Its a long read but well worth your time in reading it. My brother is a retired FDNY Marshal and was at the WTC after they collapsed and spent the next six moths identifying firefighter remains base on equipment. I usually go down every year to participate in observances with the FDNY in honoring my brothers boss who was killed in the trade center. Due to Covid again this year and curtailed activities, I probably will not go.

In light of POTUS Biden's deplorable action and inaction to extract people from Afghanistan, I expect the Taliban, al-Qaeda, and ISIL are planning terrorist events to coincide with that.

LTC Stephen F. Your last sentences spot on Steve. My brother checked with some high level SF guys about any threats as that was his concern. The family is also prohibited from doing some events also due to Covid.
