Dr. Majid Rafizadeh is an Iranian-American and an acknowledged expert in Middle East Affairs. His qualifications are way longer than can be listed here, but for starters he has been an advisor to several governments including the US State Department under John Kerry, and was born and raised in Iran. He has also addressed the UN. I would say he is far from a questionable source. But then again, Media Bias/Fact Check is not exactly the gold standard. I'll take the good doctors word.
