Colorado Parks and Wildlife’s (CPW) Northeast Division has released a scary video of a bull moose suddenly charging an onlooker as a warning for visitors to keep a distance from the large, horned animals.
The walker escaped unharmed by ducking behind a tree that the animal charged. CPW said on Twitter: “This video is an example of being too close to a bull moose and how quickly they can decide to charge on you.”
The incident happened in Clear Creek County, near Denver, where moose encounters are on the rise due to the animals thriving population, according to wildlife officers.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel On the golf course of the Banff Springs Hotel in Alberta, Canada I saw the ‘Mayor’ of Banff attempt to shoo an Elk from a putting green. A Park Ranger standing nearby, shook his head and said the Mayor should know better than to do that!

There is a biologist in Norway studying Male Moose behavior and antlers. She would bugle, holding up a large pair of antlers. A very large male, stiff legged, eyes glaring snot blowing out it’s nostrils. Watching it on TV was scary. The biologist would drop the antlers and stand perfectly still. The male would look around completely perplexed. The female biologist was pretty brave!
