After 2014 decimation, Ukrainian Navy rebuilds to fend off Russia

Ukraine's Armed Forces are large enough to challenge Russia and that has not only been mentioned by Putin himself but it's one of the reasons behind this ongoing conflict. Russia wants countries bordering it to be friendly to Russia and not capable of mounting a future threat to Russian border security. However, in the case of the Ukraine, Russia has already pushed that country so far it will take generations to overcome the mistrust and suspicions.
