The Dubious Challenge to Antonin Scalia’s Heller Decision | National Review

A rather lengthy article on how the anti-gunners are using "corpus analysis" to say Scalia and SCOTUS were wrong. It is My opinion that they are looking at it incorrectly. It's not about "Bearing Arms", It is strictly about the word "Bear, Bearing" used as a verb. Of course, adding the word "Arms" when looking at historical documents is going to bring a "militia, military" slant in to the discussion. The Author does mention this distinction in at the end of the piece as more of a footnote, than a relative point. As I stated; This is purely My Opinion on the topic.
