Despite some communities offering incentives such as target people still don't want to go work. I hope anyone coming out of H.S. works for them. 15 min pay and offering college its a steal.

That is exactly how this is supposed to work. How Boeing captured me (before Coolidge draft board) Airfare up. 12 weeks paid training. Then out on the floor.
