The traitor was Donald Trump, inciting insurrection and attempting to overturn a free and fair election, which he's still doing by the way.
As for Milley, he didn't disobey any orders, but he expected to receive an unlawful order and did the research and planning necessary so that, if said order came, he would be prepared to disobey it. That is his duty, by the way, to disobey AN UNLAWFUL ORDER such as invoicing the Insurrection Act in an illegal attempt to seize power would be.
