"201" file relates to Army personnel. The Navy uses plain English , (Personnel Record). However, you are correct in that there is a plethora of liars (some might even have served briefly) who inflate their egos by deluding themselves regarding past heroics. Others simply are liars like this guy.

LCDR (Join to see) What I have on my 201 file is what I let others know about sir, any extra ribbons that I wear are commerative ribbons that I can honestly wear sir.

A systolic blood pressure of 65 is pathological. No extreme exercise won’t drop it that low. With will trained exercise freaks you get a heart rate in the 40’s and a systolic blood pressure of mid 80’s up into the 90’s
