(2019) - According to new data from the Defense Department provided to the House Armed Services Committee ahead of the hearing, the military has spent about $8 million on transgender care since 2016 out of its $50 billion overall health care budget. The Associated Press obtained the data Wednesday.

On a professional note...facts are facts and I agree it is a minute drop in the bucket for health care costs...no argument on the health care from me. As long as it doesn't affect readiness then press.
