“Rolling in the Deep” – GIEL! on 3FM – November 2010
In 2010, Adele stopped by at the GIEL show [Giel Beelen] on Dutch radio station 3FM for a quick interview and performance. It’s almost unfair that this performance was provided for free to radio listeners and radio staffers, as it is simply that magnificent. Whoever was listening or was actually in the same room as her must have felt like being in the presence of a true professional that day. She sang on point and sounded as well as or even better than the album version of the song, making it clear that her critically-acclaimed vocals were innate and not manufactured at the recording studio.
