What is this guy going to do? After he throws his temper tantrum is he going to start launching into S. Korea and Japan? Somehow I don't quite believe he is that stupid, then again I may be wrong. One thing is certain, Biden better have a plan.

SP5 (Join to see) If History is any Gage, I'd say He will threaten, bluster and whatever until He get Handouts from the Rest of the World Just Like His Father used to. It's a Family Tradition. It's Hard to Admit that their System is a Complete Failure and they can't afford to Feed their own People. Yes they have the Largest Military Per Capita (The Only Ones that Get to Eat) and Have Made Impressive Nuclear and Weapons Technology Leaps but they have a Very Limited Marketplace to Sell that Stuff but that is It.

Joe Biden likely won't be any more successful in stopping North Korea's nuclear weapons programs than any of his predecessors. The message has been delivered, loud and clear, that the only way for a hostile nation to deter a conventional confrontation with the US is the threat of nuclear weapons.
