Well...during my career in the Air Force, flu shots were “commander directed”. However...given that these CCP Bioweapon antidotes haven’t gone through the usual decade long testing process...I think making them “commander directed” is a mistake. There ARE several who have side effects...our military is scrounging for new recruits anyway. Some of the side effects could medically retire several service members, this hampering an already situation where DoD services are short staffed.
