One of the reasons the Corps loses so many is because of slow promotions in some fields. If they are go keep the good one they will need to revamp the review process of promotions.

If we go to war with china it will still be next man up like it has been in any other war. You can have ranks of staff Sgts on up as leaders but you better have your lower ranks ready to take over when necessary. especially if the casualty rate is high. And the hi tech jobs should be learned by everybody. Semper fi.
