How do you define freedom? If the FDA bans menthol cigars and cigarettes, am I FREE to legally buy menthol cigars and cigarettes?
According to the The weedblog, stoners' preferred munchies fare are:
_Nutella
_Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream
_Ramen
_Cheetos and
_Doritos
None of which are health foods. When are we banning them?

People have been wanting to get cigarettes banned for years. Its not over racism, they're just bad for you in general. Fast foods effect minorities more than others is it racist? No cooperations establish foot holds in minority communities as a way to gain revenue off them as they worsen their health and keep their competition out.

Maj John Bell My comment is just to make a point, cigarettes are not racist neither is food. Both products are harmful to minority communities if not given a vast selection. You only offer Newport, camels, Marlboro and what not to communities its all they'll smoke. You make them cheaper than non-menthol cigarettes they'll smoke them. You give fast food or only fatty foods to someone without selections of fruits and vegetables they'll eat the junk. You make junk food cheaper than fruits and vegetables people will be more inclined to buy it.

PFC (Join to see) - I want to make sure I understand you.
_Are you asserting that the convenience stores in low-income minority neighborhoods do NOT offer non-mentholated cigarettes?
_Are you asserting that the logistics chain is deliberately targeting (by price) minorities? To what end?
There are natural reasons that processed and junk food is cheaper than fresh food. Mostly it has to do with spoilage in the logistics chain and short shelf life. Estimates are that roughly 35% - 50% of the American harvest of fresh fruits and vegetables is judged "undesirable" waste by the time a consumer is looking at what makes it to the shelf. Source: Logistics Bureau.com
Less healthy, processed and preserved foods see less than 5% waste. There isn't an intentional decision to make fresh fruits and vegetables more expensive. It is just the nature of the beast.

Maj John Bell i give you and yield. Let's just call the FDA and the biden administration racist and say they want to turn us into a communist state similar to China's CCP.

PFC (Join to see) - I don't really believe they're racist in the normal sense. They (the party elite) have the same attitude about EVERYBODY. As far as they are concerned we're just too damn stupid to live our lives without them telling us what to do. In this case it is just convenient to use race as the issue to be more woke than the rest of us.
Actually the Communist Chinese don't interfere very much in the personal lives of their people.
Myth #2 “The Party Controls All Aspects of Life in China.”
"Not anymore. No question, China was a totalitarian state under Mao Zedong’s rule from 1949 until his death in 1976. In those bad old days, ordinary workers had to ask their supervisors’ permission not only to get married, but to move in with their spouses. Even the precise timing for starting a family relied on a nod from on high.
Since then, the Chinese Communist Party has recognized that such intensive interference in people’s personal lives is a liability in building a modern economy. Under the reforms kick-started by Deng Xiaoping in the late 1970s, the party has gradually removed itself from the private lives of all but the most recalcitrant of dissidents. The waning in the 1980s and 1990s of the old cradle-to-grave system of state workplaces, health care, and other social services also dismantled an intricate system of controls centered on neighborhood committees, which among other purposes were used for snooping on ordinary citizens."
