Saw a piece about this on the local news last night. These males can still breed but apparently the offspring will also be non-biting which is how they hope to control the disease. Way over my head, but any non-biting mosquito sounds good to me!

So am I Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen, especially if they don't bite! Maybe small ponds and birdbaths in yards will be safe, again.

Killer Bees, Gypsy Moths and now GMO Mosquitos. I want RAID and maybe we should bring DDT back. We're heading down to Florida next week for a week's vacation. Those flying bastards better stay away from MCO. Thank You Lt Col Charlie Brown
