Somewhere in there is the truth. The article also shows how CNN uses whatever definition suits at the time. Repeal of the 2nd is not the answer.

What I've seen is even though all these laws are in places, they still aren't being enforced.

Its funny here in Oklahoma we haven't had any that I have heard of. Now bombings like the Murrah Building in downtown OKC was different as it was a bomb. I guess its because we tend to shoot back that has already occurred on the North side of OKC when an individual entered a restaurant wounded 3 people and was shot by 2 legalized carriers killing him. I say legalized as they both had licenses to carry. Although its not necessary to be licensed in this state as were constitutional carry.
