The Vietnamese Navy is in the process of adding six submarines some of which are already operational in their Navy. China has already done a poisoning of the coastal waters in Vietnam to kill fish and attempt to ruin Vietnams fishing industry. India also has set up Military defenses against and invasion by China and sees them as a threat.
