It will be telling in how Director Avril uses her position in shaping our foreign policy towards Iran.
Personally for me she worked hand in pocket with Brennan as such I'm betting her approach towards Iran will be similar if not the same. Brennan was very pro Iran especially in regards to the nuke program. When Israel/Mossad took out a top Iranian nuclear scientist he announced on twitter that it was a criminal act. This is the same guy who signed off on water boarding and repetitive drone strikes.
Very curious if her remarks in her confirmation aren't just propitiating words. I find it hard to believe that Brennan and Avril aren't from the same Obama foreign policy school of thought. As well being groomed by Brennan I wouldn't have much faith in anything she says.
On a side note anyone else not surprised that the person that was responsible for letting the CIA's senate intelligence hackers go unpunished gets the nod from the Senate. If you don't know Brennan wanted to know what the Senate knew about what he was doing so he hacked them. If you or I did it 10 to 15 years.

Joe has no idea what’s going on. That’s why no questions at the few times he goes public and his VP just giggles. Who is pulling the strings?
