Army Hockey wins 8th straight and 10th of season, with 5-1 win over Bentley Saturday night at Tate Rink.
Army scored three in second period to take 4-1 lead. Two goals each by defenseman Thomas Farrell and soph forward Brett Abdelnour and one by junior forward Colin Bilek his 11th of the season. Freshman Lincoln Hatten had two assists on the night.
Senior Goaltender Trevin Kozlowski MN ade 21 saves in game, gave up just a goal in the first period which will drop his goals against average which was 2.22 goals per game coming in. The win was his 8th of the season and thirty in his notable career at West Point.
Army is now 10-3-2-0 overall and 9-3-1-1 in Atlantic Hockey. The win should move Black Knights into second place in league behind first place American International and just ahead of Robert Morris. These three teams are significantly ahead of the rest of the 11 schools in Atlantic Hockey.
Coach Riley announced after the game that Tuesday's game with Holy Cross has been postponed.
