Time will tell, but almost anything he does will be an improvement. DPA should have been enacted months ago. Phenomenal job on vaccines, but no plan for rollout. Disinformation from WH. Data collection at WH vice CDC. Cordon off and quarantine when it was "one case on the West Coast and will go away". Quarantine those travelers from Europe through Ireland. FEMA and existing County Health Departments vs. Walgreens. Bidding wars on PPE, ventilators. Voters took care of inside traders of pharma stocks. Any of the above were his job. One can delegate authority, but not responsibility.

Lots of Monday morning quarterbacking. I don’t care if you liked Trump or not, this thing was going global no matter what and the world had not dealt with anything on this scale for 100 years. The vaccine is here in record time and the end is in site. True that execution hasn’t been perfect, but where has it been for something of this scale? Smooth like the rollout of Obamacare? If you want to blame someone, blame the Chinese for letting it escape from their lab. Was it an accident?? I find it interesting that the US was gaining economically at the time and had negotiated a more fair trade agreement. The WHO has been morally and ethically challenged just like too much of the UN these days. That’s my 2 cents for now. Luckily I live in AZ where we took reasonable precautions instead of these idiotic lock downs that don’t work.

I wish him luck. This is his first big test. This is America, there is no reason why this can’t be in the rear view mirror by Summer. Again, neither Trump or Biden should be dealing with this thing but thanks to the Chinese Communists the world economy has tanked and the Chinese economy is beginning to grow.
