I read the garage had one bathroom with two stalls. Once the stage props were no longer needed the Democrats didn’t care, onto helping illegal aliens and cancelling Keystone pipeline Union jobs!

The order to move had to come from whom, kelly? Or did you forget the idea of a "chain of command"?

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff - no it wasn’t the Capital Hill police who moved them. The Capital Hill P9lice aren’t going under the bus quietly!

Keep reaching. Last time I checked Congress was comprised of multiple parties and it was NG leadership that moved them to that location once the traffic in the Capitol building picked up. I hope y'all don't hop out of bed hating. Take a shower first.

Oh give me a fucking break. We have all had breaks and slept in worse than a parking garage. It was for their breaks. And it was Capitol police that told them to move. So obviously some miscommunication.

But yeah let's make it more dramatic. Good grief. It's amazing to because I've seen older veterans on here call out soldiers for being snowflakes for other shit. But this is a travesty? For real?

"They were temporarily relocated to the Thurgood Marshall Judicial Center garage with heat and restroom facilities."

Sounds like fucked up command leadership and Capitol police. But this is not a travesty. A travesty is soldiers not safe in their own workplaces or on bases. Or going to and from. Or when we had inadequate equipment for years. There are far bigger issues in the military than oh no some soldiers were in a parking garage for a hot minute. Without internet. Boo hoo.

LTC David Brown - I've been in worse...and that was just a break area. It's still not a travesty and there are far more pressing issues in our military that should cause outrage in Congress. Yeah it's shitty - but they're all starting to head home anyway this weekend. Some today. So they were inconvenienced for not very long. It would be different if it was like this the entire last 2 weeks. It wasn't. Most of them are covid positive or quarantining in hotels right now anyway.

LTC David Brown - Tell me LTC do you honestly believe that lawmakers are dictating where these troops should be positioned? As if they don't have bigger issues to worry about. The logistics of the troops is on leadership. They already have streets blocked off. I don't know...maybe they could've pitched tents or considered rotations since they booked hotels in VA. This whole thread is just disingenuous. You know it's NG leadership's responsibility.

That's what happens when you keep drawing dicks all over the stalls in the Capitol bathrooms. Knock it off, you ASVAB waivers. =o)
