SFC Michael Hasbun - Matt Lauer ran NBC Today show. Perky Katie Couric worked for Lauer. Lauer got fired from NBC for sexually harassing and bedding women who worked for him. When perky Katie Couric wrote her tell all book she denied knowing what Lauer was doing, except there were films of parties where Lauer was roasted or Lauer roast women and there was a lot of innuendo about Lauer’s conquests. Supposedly Lauer had an affair with Ann Curry. During a roast supposedly someone said Lauer liked his curry hot and spicy. Perky Katie defended Lauer as a “decent” man. In short NBC Today show was a cult of sorts with Lauer as cult master and Couric defending him.
