That is concerning but it sounds like the problem is being closely monitored.
I'm more concerned about the vaccine supply chain being targeted when we farm out vaccine production to China and India on the cheap, which is apparently where a large amount of vaccines we use are produced. I have read comments from nurses about independent laboratory tests that found toxic pollutants (not supposed to be in the vaccine).
They did some research and claimed that although there is oversight in U.S.A. labs with FDA dropping-in whenever, that is not the way oversight happens in labs out of country. Supposedly the inspectors make appointments to go to those labs. That certainly does NOT sound like "oversight". What I don't know is how factual the information is. I did read some information provided, and it was scary. Do medical personnel even know or ask where vaccines are manufactured? Do parents ask when getting their children vaccinated.
As far as we know the covid vaccine is being produced in U.S.A. But is there any guarantee it will not eventually be produced out of country . . . on the cheap?
