I have read once that the essence Christianity as a religion is perfect, however it’s followers cannot live up to the precepts of their own religion. I have the same believe about our United States of America Union, it is perfect in its principles however the people (us) do not fully understand the principles. We can blame one side of the other, but at the end we can only look at the man or women in the mirrow and ask that fundamental question, “I am doing the right thing for the USA or not? “ only you have the answer to that question, and your actions, not your words should be your adorning.

Well said. And, it has been that way from the beginning of this Union. Our founders were very concerned that the American citizen could not, or would not, live up to the task.

I agree. The problem is courts have set a precedent to INTERPRET the Constitution rather than take it for what it says. And it goes further by our so-called leaders enacting laws that the Constitution does not allow at a Fed level but should be left up to the States, i.e. Dept of Education, and ACA.

PO1 Tony Holland I wonder if many Americans and the politicians that run this country realize that when Nixon and his people could prove that the JFK team stole 700,000 votes the Nixon camp made the decision not to divide the country by fighting the declaration of JFK as president.
