This is a good indication that a solid majority of US Senators recognize they will no longer be dealing with President Trump in approximately three weeks. Yet, the political Kabuki Theater of a seemingly crazed lame duck president continues to play out in the media, while our national security takes a back seat to partisan politics.
Why is over riding a Veto a "rebuke" with this POTUS vs a difference of opinion? I guess in less than a month it will revert back to difference of opinion so I shouldn't complain.

Maybe because POTUS couldn't make up his mind about what he didn't like about the bill, so he didn't really have a well stated opinion. Anyway, that's just my opinion.

The left argued for months about the status quo. Nancy herself shouted "drain the swamp" before she become speaker and now they are indignant. It seems the left does nothing but pay lip service to the citizens of this country. Forked tongues indeed!
