Wonder what he said? As a SARC a case was looked into of sexual assault (it wasn't at all).
I was in an infantry bde. In a bn, I guess a SSG said to a PVT in formation "why are you looking at me like I got a dick on my forehead?"
Definitely not sexual assault or even sexual harassment. Unprofessional sure. The SSG got counseled for being unprofessional. We had to talk to the soldier with the bde cdr and explain why it was unsubstantiated and not sexual assault. Even then the kid wasn't getting it. Basically thought because he said "dick" made it sexual.

I'm sure if it was SHARP related, Fort Hood would already be making a big show about how proactive they're being about it...

1SG Joseph Curila idk. It was some private. He was wrong reporting it as sexual assault. That's for sure.

SFC Michael Hasbun that case wasn't even SHARP related. I was using it as an example where a NCO got counseled for unprofessional talk.

Lead by Example. A concept foreign to this CSM a large number of NCOs and Officers in the military.

You're asking if we want to enforce Army Regulations, standards and the Uniform Code of Military Justice?

SFC Michael Hasbun - I feel like they missed the part you posted from UCMJ that it's been in UCMJ since the 50s.

I am asking if we want to go back to a zero mistakes mentality(the article states what this wasn't, so we all are making assumptions with one comment not offering any evidence to support her assertion) If that's the case be careful what you ask for. SFC Michael Hasbun

If you know your people, you can light them up without saying any four letter words. The problem with today's Army is that can get you into as much or more trouble than saying four letter words.
