Well Sarge like I said. If you are active duty you will take the shot or the military will show you the door. If not your employer may just require it as a condition of employment and again you face the same choice and that is tske the shot or be shown the door. Of course it may become mandatory and since the SCOTUS has ruled before on such a case where the State made the vaccination for smallpox mandatory and was upheld.

And as to your reference to the SCOTUS decision on smallpox, which one? I am sure that you are referencing the 1905 case. But guess what that case is not the be all end all that you and others of your like ilk believe it is. I would advise that you read some articles that provide a dissent to your argument, that are as valid if not more valid today.
