Many are guilty of the dereliction of duty tho it is unlikely they will be prosecuted. The current C-in-C is clearly responsible for the decimation of our citizenry. Many in his administration are as well along with all but a few republicans in Congress.

Take it to court and Fine Him the costs incurred cause of this decision , instead of making the citizen pay!

I live in FL.
Nobody, absolutely nobody, needs to tell me if I need to wear a mask or not. It’s my choice. Now, if a place of business requires it, then is it to me if want to go there or not? Again, my choice. You see how simple it is!
I do care for my health and the health of my family, so yes, I use PPE. But is my choice.

MAJ Javier Rivera - The problem is the mask may have some small impact to protect yourself, but the real reason to wear them is to protect everyone else. We don't get to claim that it's the fault of people we are pointing a gun at for not wearing a bulletproof vest.

I see where your at with this.. but is it the right of a masker to be around a non masker? Not wearing a mask harms everyone around. It's not a constitutional right to infect others.

CPL Jason Northedge The problem is people still need to get food, go to work, etc so we need to be around each other. We are already mandated to wear pants so I don't see this as much different. :)
