So if your pregnant, you can get promoted without the normal requirements. WTH?

The only requirement they can't do is attend the school. As the article stated these people have already been identified as meeting the requirements for the promotion. They have to attend BLC, ALC, SLC, ETC within a certain time period or the promotion is revoked. After reading the entire article and the explanation it makes a lot of sense.

That's not true. You can attend PME with a permanent profile...so saying you can't attend with a profile of "any kind" is misleading.
