2 dead, 1 missing after explosion at VA hospital in West Haven, officials say

Sad news out of West Haven, Connecticut where a VA Hospital Stea, boiler apparently exploded. While it is not my normal VA Hospital, I have had several appointments there over the years. I imagine the two dead and one missing are government employees. Rest in peace.
