Georgia Will Conduct A Hand Recount Amid GOP's Baseless Fraud Claims

As expected Georgia will perform a statewide ballot recount. I don't expect this to change much as the largest swing in a recount was about 1300 votes in the 2000 Bush/Gore election. Currently, Biden is ahead by more than 10K votes in Georgia.

A recount will change nothing, but it will help silence the sore losers.

MSG Greg Kelly between 2000-2015 there were 27 statewide election recounts. The average vote shift was 282 votes. Across an entire state. If you take the ballpark figure if a recount counting 3 million dollars that several states seem to have as a baseline estimate, that’s $10k per vote changed
