In bleed Dodger blue. As a kid in Pasadena I had a teammate in Little League whose dad was a sports reporter for the LA Herald. He got us lots of free tickets for good seats in the Coliseum in '59 - '61 and Dodger Stadium in '62 before I moved to Olympia, WA. I was also buddies with former Brooklyn pitcher and head Dodgers scout Ben Wade's teo sons, who lived a couple of blocks from me. One of my greatest memories was being at the Coliseum to honor Roy Campanella in '59. Seeing the likes of Gil Hodges, Duke Snider, Pee Wee Reese, Jim Gilliam, Wally Moon, Charley Neal and John Roseboro was amazing. And then there were the pitchers: Don Drysdale, Sandy Koufax, Roger Craig, Clem Labine, Carl Erskine, Larry Sherry, . . .
