You were under the impression, you simpleton, that you had enough copies of your orders, because you left your last duty station with approximately 6,000 copies, all neatly paperclipped together, and of course, none of them double-sided, because GS employees are apparently unable to perform the act of flipping paper over. I'm Presently 78 ,Totally Self Educated, Have Been The Purchasing Director For FMC In Indiana & A Business Owner For 27 Years Before Retiring At 56 ... Believe Me, I KNOW This World We Live In Is FULL Of Idiots....
Here's One I'll Never Forget; Among Others.
I Had One Of My Print Shops In Lansing, Michigan;... But Had Customers Throughout The State. One Day I Was Out Making Routine Sales Calls In The City Of NOVI; A Suburb Of Detroit, Known For It's High Number Of Attorney's Offices In Multiple Buildings. .... Around 2 or 3 PM, I Notice I'd Misplaced My Briefcase, Which Wasn't All That Important NOR Unusual. ...All It Contained Was Sales Materials, Order Forms & My Business Cards... A Few Months Later I Returned To NOVI & Was Making Calls Again, And As I Was Entering Yet Another Lawyers Office, His Secretary Said "OH, I KNEW You'd Be Back Sometime...... ....By The Way, You Left Your Briefcase Here"....
DUH.. All Manner Of Contact Information In The Briefcase & She Never Even Though To Contact My Office... What A Bum Ditch & SHE Was A Well Educated Legal Secretary..........
