So why was this shared on RallyPoint? This has nothing to do with the military. And posted without comment leave me to believe you are posting for political effect; although, I don’t know which way you’re leaning.
I agree with SFC Bernard Walko and the ruling that the county and jail are not liable. It was clear that the judge agreed the guard had raped, but did so for personal satisfaction. Had the prison known about it and allowed it to continue, that’s something different.
